Jane Watson
Jane is an HR professional based in Toronto, Ontario. She’s spent over 15 years supporting leaders and employees in companies in the private, non-profit, and public sectors, including a leadership role at an innovative tech startup. In 2017 the #MeToo movement inspired her to embark on a research project aimed at understanding why organizational ‘best practices’ weren’t preventing workplace sexual harassment.
Eleanor Snowden
Ellie has been associated with the Cynefin Centre as a freelance researcher and SenseMaker® practitioner for 2 and a half years. Her background is in social and medical anthropology and public policy research. Ellie’s work spans several different areas including health and organisational wellbeing, change agency, community mental health resilience and access/barriers to healthcare. She has a keen interest in women’s health having recently designed a project on personal experiences of contraception use which is currently live in the UK and France.
Anna Hanchar
Anna is a social science researcher, SenseMaker practitioner, workshop facilitator, and trainer. The thematic focus of Anna’s work is quite diverse - peace-building and conflict resolution, citizen engagement, women’s empowerment, refugee integration, minority inclusion, youth employment, healthcare delivery, capacity strengthening. She have also been working on advancing the SenseMaker approach by exploring the value of innovative visualization techniques and latest developments in data analytics - natural language processing and machine learning. Anna has a PhD in Strategic Management from Trinity College, University of Dublin, and she previously worked with information and data in academic and private sectors.
